We’re looking for Youth Workers, with excellent youth work and communication skills to engage young people during detached and streets-based settings that include working on the Metro Link. We would like you to have experience in working in a detached setting and understand the differences between centre and detached based youth work. Communication and relationship building skills are key to this role and will rely heavily on working with third parties to identify key hotspots where young people congregate and may be at risk of harm or causing concern to the wider community in North Manchester.
Key Duties will include:
Experience delivering in a detached setting is essential, youth work qualifications are desirable.

We are recruiting a Data Officer. This role is designed to support our ever growing project portfolio. The successful applicant will have experience of setting up data input and analysis frameworks within CRM frameworks, and drawing out reports incorporating qualitative and quantitative data. Our CRM system is Salesforce, experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. This role is key to project success, using both case studies and statistical data to demonstrate impact to commissioners. You will be directly line managed by our Project & Learning Manager and work closley with our programme delivery managers to build dashboards, reporting templates and other systems that will collect accurate data across a range of activities and programmes.
Key Duties
· Co-ordinate the organisation’s use of data to improve internal data collection and analysis
· To improve data-led processes to uplift the quality of evaluation and impact reporting
· To support regular monitoring and auditing and address gaps through action plans and providing feedback at management meetings to improve the use of Salesforce, working closely with managers
· Mobilise projects; creating internal dashboards on Salesforce, setting data parameters and monitoring points along with the Head of Youth Services & Impact
· To continuously drive improvements and ensure that all aspects of salesforce are up to date
· Export data reports from Salesforce in line with internal and external commissioners needs
· To support the bid writers, through sharing and presenting data that will support funding bids
· Present data from Salesforce as requested to inform statistics (impact stories and statistics) to demonstrate impact for commissioners, demonstrating that all KPIs have been met and are presented within these reports
· To support with the upskilling and support provided to staff to use Salesforce proficiently and accurately as required.
· Mapping data requirements with other CRM systems in line with external stakeholder needs
· Ensure that all data protection processes and regulations are adhered to and contribute to policy and practice development
· Work closely with Salesforce expert users within the Onside network, taking part in training, weekly updates and becoming a systems champion for the network
· To work effectively and positively alongside colleagues including staff, volunteers and young leaders.
· Undertake regular training and development relevant to the role.
· Actively address any bullying, harassment, or discrimination, promoting cohesion, inclusion, and positive relationships.
· To understand and adhere to MYZ policies and procedures at all times with particular emphasis on equal opportunities, positive behaviour management, health and safety and safeguarding.
· Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people at all times, managing any safeguarding issues should they arise (training provided).
· To be an active member of the team and operate in line with the Charity’s expectations, values and principles.
· Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably determined by your line manager
· Promote a positive image of MYZ through professionalism and good conduct with all our stakeholders and the public
